Science and applications, on demand
ProteomEdge has launched a YouTube channel as a new resource for researchers interested in targeted and absolute protein quantification by mass spectrometry.
The channel is designed to collect scientific presentations, collaborator talks, product walkthroughs and practical application content in one place.
Launching with translational proteomics
The first featured video is a presentation by ProteomEdge R&D Manager and co-founder David Kotol from ASMS 2026. The work describes an independently validated nine-protein panel for emergency department venous thromboembolism triage and explores how multiplex protein quantification can add information beyond D-dimer alone.
More from the proteomics community
Additional ASMS 2026 videos feature researchers and collaborators using ProteomEdge products in plasma proteomics, complement biology, liver disease biomarker research and automated targeted LC-MS workflows.
